Although bankruptcy is a nightmare because of this firms' legal assistant, Amanda Hall, this experience was not what it could have been. Let me explain, and that it just what Amanda did every step of the way she would explain everything in terms that I could understand thus removing anxiety. Not only did she calm fears and frustrations she was always pleasant and kind. Amanda is thorough and efficient. Because of Amanda I highly recommend this firm. The attorneys know their business too.

Atty Smyk walked my wife and I thru the difficult process of a Chapter 13. We had fears and doubts, but Atty Smyk explained the entire process in advance and was there with us every step of the way. We even had some issues come up after the Chapter 13 was approved and in effect, which Atty Smyk handled for us. I'm very grateful to her and her firm for guiding us thru this difficult time.
