25+yrs Southampton based firm for Speeding/Traffic Tickets serving Southampton courts and other courts of eastern Long Island. We've had great success in getting tickets reduced without the driver having to appear in court. Flat rate fees.

Paul G. Tuths concentrates his practice in Traffic Law. He represents drivers on speeding tickets and other traffic tickets in the Justices Courts of eastern Long Island. Paul takes a personal, hands-on approach to the defense of a traffic ticket and uses his many years of experience to help drivers avoid points, increased insurance costs and DMV assessments.

Paul G. Tuths is an amazing representative, very realistic and he doesn't promise anything that he cannot fulfill. Your search for a Lawyer ends here. Highly recommended for Long Island speeding tickets. Thank You. Detailed Info: continue reading ....( if you are interested ) I was pulled over by Highway patrol, officer Gonzales notified me that I was going 85miles/h, and the restriction was 55. As that said I showed camera footage to the officer that I was actually driving 48miles/h 30min before he pulled me over. That info didn't affect the officer's decision to write me a ticket 6 points on record and around $400 fine. He added <(* just show your dashcam footage to a judge and he will dismiss the ticket *)>. If you find a Lawyer that will go to trial and fight the ticket it will cost 2-3k at least ( to prove justice, is shown to be expensive ). Bottom-line is to hire a representative from that specific area where you got the ticket.

While driving on the highway in Southampton NY I received a moving violation from the State Police for passing a stopped police car too closely. As the ticket involved a hefty fine as well as points on my license I decided to hire Paul to contest the ticket for me. Paul was able to bust the violation down to a parking ticket, $60 fine, and no points on the license. All thru the process Paul kept me up with phone calls and emails which was most appreciated. I would highly recommend Paul and his firm going forward.
