25+yrs Southampton based firm for Speeding/Traffic Tickets serving Southampton courts and other courts of eastern Long Island. We've had great success in getting tickets reduced without the driver having to appear in court. Flat rate fees.

Paul G. Tuths concentrates his practice in Traffic Law. He represents drivers on speeding tickets and other traffic tickets in the Justices Courts of eastern Long Island. Paul takes a personal, hands-on approach to the defense of a traffic ticket and uses his many years of experience to help drivers avoid points, increased insurance costs and DMV assessments.

Working with this lawyer was a great experience. I called Paul after being recommended by a friend after I needed help with a speeding ticket. He is extremely easy going, friendly, and reliable. Very responsive to emails as well. What he charges is extremely fair and reasonable for what he's able to accomplish for his clients. I absolutely would recommend him to ANYONE! Paul managed to get my traffic ticket reduced to a parking ticket with 0 points. Can't ask for more than that. He explains everything right up front in a clear and concise matter. He was responsive and communicative throughout the process. Very reliable. He told me what to expect and met those expectations. I was not inconvenienced in the least and never had to step foot in court. I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to use Paul in the future.

Paul Tuths was so helpful and professional. Always available to speak to or email. Was able to reduce my son’s speeding ticket form 8 points to zero points. I was so upset about the ticket but he calmed me down and was able to help us so much. Paul appeared in court on my son’s behalf so he wouldn’t have to miss any work.
