Was very professional and helped get my case resolved in a very fast manor
I hired Kurt Helgesen to establish custody of my child. By failure on the his part to review papers before submitting, a process that should have taken 1-2 months took 5 months. I had to call them to get updates, they never called me. They were horrible about keeping me informed and were in no hurry to resolve my case. When papers needed to be sent to a judge I would call and felt like I was reminding them to do their job. I felt as though I were the least of their priorities.
Did not help me find what I needed, I was told to be transferred and instead they hung up. I would not recommend. They were suppose to help me with a domestic partnership but instead lied and told me I’ll transfer you to Ogden and hung up.
Craig provided no value with my divorce. The only value provided by the firm was Angie preparing and submitting documents.
Craig was awful, never seemed to understand what was being discussed, communication was awful. He was really late to mediation and I had to do all of the explanations because he didnt seem familiar with the case. Overall terrible experience.
