My son, daughter, and I; had met with a representative of my credit union and a lawyer in Kaysville, Utah -- regarding an addendum to my will and trust. I assigned my credit union to be the executor of my estate and trust; only after being told they didn't charge any fees for doing so, but then finding out when we went for me to sign the paper-work -- they charge 6% per year, for each year retroactively, that they're executor. If I were to live 5 years (I'm 90), that would be 6% of the estate/trust per year; times 5. OMG. Thankfully, my son had contacted Scott Nickle for information regarding the estate addendum; and setup an appointment for us to meet with him. Scott explained all of the impacts it could have, regarding the fees, etc. We went back to Scott's office a week later, for me to sign a new addendum; voiding out the one created a couple weeks before at another law firm. Both of my kids are back to being executors of the estate/trust, thanks to Scott's help!

Was very professional and helped get my case resolved in a very fast manor
I hired him with the intent he was going to be Amazing and had faith that my family belonged together but in the end he just wanted my money. As I in a two month period never got one phone call back after I called 45 times and a 2500 bill for 10 min in chambers for the court to be discontinued and told I would not be charged so I was left in the dark and to never hear back from this lawyer again leaving me no other choice but to hire someone else. I don't have a lot of money .
