About John H Schmidt

The founder of the Law Offices of John Schmidt & Associates PLLC, John has a personal devotion to help struggling families. The happiness and welfare of clients are extremely important to John, which is why he stresses that clients come to healthy solutions in their cases. John grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and put himself through college and graduate school at the University of Kentucky. Later, he completed the Six Six Sigma Green and Lean programs at Villanova University and worked as a special education teacher, prosecutor, turn-around executive and consultant before going into private practice. He is very active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and other charities, which have come to influence his view on how he practices law. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease that causes mucus to be thicker than normal. The thicker mucus causes issues in the pancreas, lungs and digestive tract. It was a pleasure working with John on updating our wills. Besides being personable and open...He asked good questions, listened, and suggested as he guided us in achieving a document that satisfactorily addressed our unique/particular context. With his staff serving as witnesses we were able to walk out of the office with a completed product that will be very helpful to our children. His price for the three documents was very affordable and a good deal lower than other attorney's with whom I had spoken. I would highly recommend the Law offices of John Schmidt and Associates for establishing or updating you will and related documents.
