Overall we had a positive experience and Marcy Baysinger was easy to work with and she delivered sound advice and a professional work product. Invoicing based on a declining balance after the initial retainer was not clear.
My instructions were not followed. I was willing to pay provide spousal support . an IRA, and Long term care insurance in the final divorce. The final paperwork did not include it. Finalized as the separation was written. Since my husband was not expecting the change, I approved the divorce as prepared.
If would be difficult to have a lower opinion of this firm. On March 21, 2022 they informed us that they somehow were not in possession of our last will and testament. How they got that I have no idea. They were to mail it to us. Despite numerous attempts to get them to do this they simply could not be bothered. They are moderately good at giving excuses for their incompetence but never bother to do their job. If this is typical of their performance you should avoid them at all costs.

Seldom answered or returned phone calls. Charged for a paralegal when there was no paralegal; only secretary. Did not seem to know what she was doing and finally discontinued all communication with us, leaving us to spend a lot of money starting over with a more experienced attorney.
