Ms. Baysinger went out of her way to assist me with a Special Needs Trust. she explained things in a way I could understand. I have a traumatic brain injury. Marcy was very helpful and completed the work and filing in a very timely manner. she is clear & concise and she is kind I would recommend her over others in the field.
My husband and I were given PBWS recommendation by our Texas attorney when we were searching for one in Albuquerque,New Mexico. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and kindness in getting our Will and Trust prepared for us! They were very helpful when answering our questions but yet were efficient as well. Thank you, PBSW for your kindness and helpfulness in all you accomplished for us.
This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. Professional, kind, knew about "Special Need Trusts", and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had a lot of anxiety in the beginning and sent numerous emails which they responded to that day with another way to look at something. Yes, most lawyers might have gotten back to me in a week and others dragged me into the office to charge for the information. That was not the case here. Cannot say enough about them. All lawyers need to learn to act more like this.
There was zero chance I could have navigated closing my aunt's estate on my own within my own lifetime. There was a will, a cotenancy agreement, documentation, and everyone pretty much played nice. Minus a jointly owned estate I had a near ideal situation. Again, zero chance I could have navigated everything on my own. My representation at PBW&S was everything I needed. The were empathetic to my needs and extreme ignorance of the process. The front desk, billing, paralegals, and lawyer (Peggy) were top notch. Prior to hiring PBW&S I tried working with a lawyer who had no interest in listening to me explain our situation of an estate jointly owned by two families and my thinking. They would simply talk over the top of me to tell me I was wrong. So, even for something that may be a bit more mechanical like settling a well documented estate you need someone, actually a team, that will collaborate with you. PBW&S is that team. Thanks gang! bloomy
Marcy Baysinger is an expert in the field of estate planning, and you can trust that she will serve you well when you’re ready to make plans. She listened carefully to my wife and me, and took the time necessary to consider our interests and needs. She laid out our options clearly and answered all of our questions, and crafted solutions, based on our choices, that met those needs. The whole team at PBWS Law is efficient and friendly and easy to work with, and I recommend them highly.
Attorney Margaret Graham of PBWS Law has guided me through the creation of two Special Needs Trusts, as well as Powers of Attorney, for my developmentally disabled sibling. Attorney Graham was responsive, capable and easy to work with, and particularly sensitive in relating to my brother. The firm’s communications with me throughout were timely and impeccably professional. The hours billed me were honestly assessed and reasonably priced. In the end, the balance of my retainer was returned to me. I cannot recommend PBWS Law highly enough. I will turn to the firm again for any future legal needs.
Bridget Mullins provided excellent service and legal advice. The firm is well-organized and all the staff I dealt with were highly professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend Ms. Mullins and the firm Pregenzer Baysinger Wideman & Sale, P.C. for your elder law and probate needs in New Mexico.
We are from Maine and needed to transfer property in NM into my name after my mother passed away. The attorney and staff were very helpful, explained everything through zoom and went to work on my behalf. They “got it done” and we are very appreciative!
The lawyer set a welcoming tone from the beginning, making it very easy for me to present, discuss, question & understand. Meeting dates/time were flexible for me. Items I had difficulty grasping were patiently explained to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, I would recommend them.
As an inexperienced Personal Representative for my brother's estate, I was in need of a roadmap for accomplishing the legal steps necessary for handling my responsibilities thoroughly and completely. I spoke to Margaret Graham in consultation and she was able to give me a step by step program of areas to address and as such, this process has been smooth and without complications. I am very grateful and would recommend this firm and Margaret in particular to anyone needing guidance.
