Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. Every interaction I've had with Mark and his team has been thoughtful and professional. Mark put together a living trust for me that accomplishes exactly what I want to to accomplish. If it were possible, we’d give Mark Drobny more stars than five. Mark and his staff are professional, efficient, accurate, and supportive. Mark encouraged us to both get started and keep going on the long overdue task of developing a Revocable Living Trust. His support made all the difference. Another aspect of Drobny Law is that you become a lifetime member, so to speak, with check-ups, updates, and information continuing through each year. And, finally, Mark and all of his staff possess excellent communication skills. Drobny Law really makes you feel as though you are their only client. We have high confidence in Drobny Law and feel extremely lucky to have their service. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Drobny Law Offices.

Anne Rosenthal was awesome. She has done the trusts for my parents and my brother and I. She was there for us and met all of our needs. She handled the execution of our parents estate. She did the trust for my brother and I. She is exceptional. I would highly recommend her.

Mark Drobney worked with us on our estate planning. He’s an expert in trusts; he’s thorough; he explains everything well; the documents he prepared for us make us confident that our wishes will be carried out exactly. He’s, of course, current on relevant case law. His decades of experience preparing trusts is reflected in the air-tight documents he prepares. He’s highly respected in the field. He was referred by my friend who attended a presentation he regularly gives to state employees on estate planning; she and her husband have been clients now for at least 20 years. Of the attorneys we interviewed and researched, Mark Drobney outranked them all. We are confident in our selection. The price for his services to meet with us, prepare the documents, and follow up is more than reasonable; it’s somewhat comparable to other attorneys we talked to except Mark’s cost includes more follow up. His staff are professional and followed up to confirm appointments etc

In short, some people tried to take a lot of money from my elderly cousin who has dementia. And my cousin had no will or trust. Relatives got upset and before I knew it a dozen lawyers were involved. It was unpleasant to say the least. I contacted Anastasia for some clarification and she was delightfully thoughtful, thorough, understanding and kind. I was heard and understood, and I felt relieved and informed and confident afterward. She set my mind at ease and expertly guided me through a difficult time.

Fantastic experience with Mark Drobny and Drobny law services. I am an attorney myself (different field) and it's refreshing to work with a law office that not only (deeply) understands the area of law they are working in, but has a process that is simple, quick, and effective. We reached out about a family trust and within a few months had one beautifully pulled together, including funding of the trust (moving our assets into it -- a HUGELY overlooked part of the process for many firms we explored before landing on Drobny), an advance health directive, durable power of attorney, pour over will, etc. The documents came to us in a binder and electronic, including various copies to provide to our agents. Wonderful experience -- cannot recommend highly enough.
