Anne assisted my wife and I with updating our family trust. My wife and I did our trust in 1995 and during that time many, many changes needed to be changed in our trust. When we met with Anne Rosenthal she looked over our old trust and found out we had the old ABC trust that needed to be updated. Since we own rental property we were concerned with the new prop 19 law and wanted to get clarity with the new law making sure we have everything right for tax reasons. She explained the Prop and with the new trust update it would not effect our estate. She went through the complete trust update explaining all sections and giving us needed advice to get everything right in our trust. She was impressive and made us very comfortable with our Trust update. With in days she emailed our update for us to go over and make needed changes. We met a month later to sign the new trust. We like the fact we have the trust on a flash and in a beautiful binder with all contact information easy assemble. We will meet once a year for updates!!

Anne was recommended to me by my sister, who heard about Anne from another friend. After Prop 19 passed, it was necessary for us to act quickly in order to beat the enactment deadline. We also used the opportunity to completely update our trust. Anne is incredibly bright, professional, personable, and competent. We were able to complete all of the paper work, which was considerable, within the necessary time frame. It only required 2 office visits. The first was a meeting to determine what would need to be done. The second meeting, 2 weeks later, was to sign all the documents. Anne explained each item in detail (very succinctly as well) prior to signing. Can't say enough good things about Anne Rosenthal.

We met with Anne to set up Durable Power of Attorney for finances and healthcare, our Wills and to establish and fund our Trust.
