Very good experience. Walked us through each step was never in a hurry. Was very organized and made the experience a lot easier than we thought it would be.
The firm's location/environment tended to promote some minor intimidation, however, the front desk personnel smoothed your entrance and short waiting period. The face to face in-office scheduled appointment time with one of the firm's staff lawyers was conducted in a no nonsense, "standard Joe" manner that created a comfort zone for me thusly easing any stress the subject issue had instilled upon me.
Thought it was kind of pricey and probably could have gotten a better price, but they did a good job and I had no problems with the court
I would not recommend Mr. Bokovy to anyone!!!! Maybe it takes knowing him to get the job done right. He has NO strong work ethic, he left us hanging. We hired Mr. Bokovy for our Chapter 13 case, regardless of where he was, our case was his responsibility, it was his signature on the documents. In not knowing the system or the law regarding bankruptcy people basically put there trust in someone who is educated in this area. After many messages and letters written directly to him, not one reply.
