His staff had all my bankruptcy paper work filled out correctly where I only had to see the trustee on the initial interview so we did not have to come back. He is handling my bankruptcy like a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
I would not recommend Mr. Bokovy to anyone!!!! Maybe it takes knowing him to get the job done right. He has NO strong work ethic, he left us hanging. We hired Mr. Bokovy for our Chapter 13 case, regardless of where he was, our case was his responsibility, it was his signature on the documents. In not knowing the system or the law regarding bankruptcy people basically put there trust in someone who is educated in this area. After many messages and letters written directly to him, not one reply.
