Barry's office was the first and last office I called. He was straight forward and did not sugar coat his answers to my questions. I did not get that "arrogant know-it-all" attitude from Barry, nor anyone else in the office. Terra, his Paralegal is quite honestly amazing. She was the cherry on top of an already great experience. They also don't nickel and dime you for EVERY email or phone call, they respond timely and efficiently, their correspondence is professional and to the point, and to be perfectly frank, these guys know how to make you feel at ease. At the end of my case Terra called me and cheered along with me, she let me vent when I was frustrated. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars to the best group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

When I initially reached out to his law office I was given a very positive experience from his secretary. He let me know that Mr. Efron was occupied but would be able to reach out when he was available, I gave the secretary the information that he requested. From there within an hour I received a call back and was able to send everything that he needed and he was able to discuss my case and how he could help. From there the next Monday he took care of my issue and gave me the disposition paperwork and told me how much I needed to pay for the court costs. He made it super easy to do business by collecting the fees via an emailed invoice from there I paid and everything was resolved. It was the best experienced that I could have asked for especially given our COVID situation and the need to be socially distant.

I cannot express how grateful I am that I called Barry L. Efron! My husband and I were refinancing our home and the bank said they needed another release of lien. Well it turns out that either my father in law who submitted the paperwork (and is now deceased) or the county clerk filed our deed of trust TWICE. It was the weirdest situation but the bank needed documents and I was running out of time. I called Barry’s office and he was able to see the problem and knew what to do and how to fix it. He answered my questions and made me feel so much better. I cannot thank him enough for his help!!

My family had tenants in a house we needed to get moved out. I called Barry and he walked me through the process. He prepared well written letters and sent them out within 24 hours of our first conversation. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Barry was more than happy to provide answers quickly that were easily understandable to a non-lawyer. The end result was tenants who moved out on time and allowed us to take possession of the property more quickly than we had expected. I would gladly use his services again!
