Hired Law Firm

Mr. Winn's representation of me in a family law matter was reprehensible. He admittedly signed the final divorce decree for me without providing me an opportunity to review it. Moreover, I revoked his power of attorney to sign for me, in writing, several weeks before the hearing. The decree he unlawfully signed for me contained several errors that I noticed immediately on my review. Mr. Winn had the gall to attempt to charge me for his time to attend for the extra hearing his gross errors.
