Hired Law Firm

I helped my partner select a bankruptcy attorney and paid for his $5k retainer to analyze worksheets and recommend bankruptcy proceedings. Tom Allen was rude, condescending and made us feel very uncomfortable at every step. We ultimately chose not to turn in the worksheets due to lack of trust. Yet he still invoiced us $8300 within one month - and had analyzed nothing. I emailed numerous times requesting to discuss the fee dispute and he ignored every email I would never recommend this firm and hope he learns compassion. He’s just another slimeball grub sucking attorney looking to extract your money while exploiting your misfortune.

Hired Attorney Thomas H. Allen

Tom Allen is extremely rude and arrogant (especially to women). Very difficult to have a conversation with as he does not like to give others the chance to speak. Especially would not recommend him if you are hesitant about filing for bankruptcy as he will be very "quick" to sell you on bankruptcy regardless of whether it is the right thing or not!
