Tom is quite knowledgeable about bankruptcies and the system. He has a fabulous, talented team (Sherry, his paralegal, is amazing) who worked very hard for us. When our trustee had not closed our case within the "allotted" timeframe, I was quite upset. Tom advised me (on more than one occasion) to be patient and hang in there. I took his advice and the trustee ultimately closed our case without a settlement 2 1/2 years after the original filing. Thank you, Tom!

Tom truly went above and beyond what was expected during our bankruptcy. His staff was always helpful and the follow up was great. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
