Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. We have had the opportunity to work with Pete and his team a few times and have been grateful for the creative thought, work product and results he has provided. Pete is an ally, someone who listens to the story and determines the relevant facts to use to give us the strongest case. As someone who has worked with their fair share of attorneys, we found Pete to be available whenever we needed him. Pete listened and respected our point of view while offering differing perspectives, making him an asset to our team. We will continue to use Pete as a resource when the circumstances arise.
Peter Viteznik and his team were simply excellent. Our corporation hired them approximately 3 years ago for a construction defect case. Peter lead his team in an extremely thorough evaluation and examination of the construction defects, and guided us through the entire legal process exceeding the expected amount we recovered. Peter has deep knowledge and years of experience in this area of law, and always communicated the direction of our case in an organized manner for us to understand and make decisions. I most highly recommend Peter Viteznik and his team.
I have worked with Pete on and off for about 15 years on all issues that have required a legal opinion. We started out working on real estate related matters, but now he is my trusted legal advisor on all matters. He always has my best interests in mind. He is very responsive to calls and emails and is great at keeping me appraised of any changes in ongoing legal matters. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs legal advice. He cares about his clients and that is what matters most to me.
Would recommend highly based on knowledge, expertise, and knowing the right path to take. My only critique would be the communication. I didn't hear back for longer periods than anticipated and at times thought that maybe my case had been dropped. The billing was messed up a few times where Peter personally sent me a letter asking for funds that had already been paid. This is not on him, but does go into the "credibility" quotient. Nothwithstanding, I would highly recommend the firm.
We appreciated working with peter. He was knowledgeable of the case and the defendant at the start and provided good guidance on how we to move forward with the case. We were happy that the case was able to settle quickly and that he pushed to make sure we where getting the most money.
Less than forthright.Poor comm.Unwilling to admit&resolve mistakes.Assumed the court would rule according to legal theory rather than relying on proper preparation.Failed to appear in court, failed to advise me of the hearing time/date,sent an ill prepared&unfamiliar sub at SJ hearing.Lawyered up immediately upon his MSJ failure & my request for assistance with appeal funding. M-H should review Clark Co Wa #062037379 & WA Div II Appeal 38551-1-II to fully grasp PV's failure. Miserable experience.
He represented a group of us in an HOA legal case 2010-2012. He failed all of us miserably. As a result of his actions, 8 or 9 of 18 homeowners went bankrupt. Lost homes and tons of money. Those not bankrupt are still struggling with the aftermath of that loss to this date. He later settled a malpractice complaint against him as a fallout of our case. Stay away from this attorney. Our case was truly a disaster!!
