Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Peter was awesome and u couldn’t recommend him enough. This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer and was really nervous going into the process but Peter and his team made it all so easy. And best of all they won my case! I’d used the team again with zero hes
Peter was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He and his team were responsive and effective with all aspects of our case. I would highly recommend Peter Viteznik and his team. He is truly an expert in his field.
Our case was complex business divorce that involved multiple entities, business valuation dispute(s), and various fraud allegations/management disputes. Peter was able to help us understand and focus on the critical issues of the case, hire specialists that helped in formulating a winning strategy. He was eventually able to lead us to a settlement that was favorable to us. Peter has been professional in his approach and was responsive to all our questions.
Pete is a great lawyer - he knows the law and the parties involved and what they will agree to and won't agree to. This allowed for a quick and easy settlement of the case, with us getting 100% of what we wanted in a very short amount of time. They say knowledge is power; Pete must be Superman in that case!
Peter Viteznik and his staff made this process painless and easy. They were great at breaking down information and making it easy for me to make decisions and be a part of the process. I felt that they actually cared about me and my goals as opposed to having an agenda of their own.
Working with Peter was a great experience. He handled a fairly complex, multifaceted case for me and in the end won a full award including fees. I couldn't bee happier to recommend him.
Pete represented my wife and me in a complex multi-party construction defect case on a residential project gone awry. This was a 5 way lawsuit involving engineer, architect, contractor, etc. Pete saw through the complexity, got the suit sorted correctly, made sure everything was done properly so insurance companies and other sources of funding would come to the table and they did which got us resolution. Pete guided us along the way which was critical as we are not lawyers. We needed sound guidance and a decisive, knowledgeable attorney and Pete and KVL was just that person and firm. Pete also guided us on a fee dispute resolution with our first attorney group. He performed deftly and with high ethics to help us through what was an unethical performance from our previous attorneys we had gone to seeking help. The previous firm had taken advantage of us and Pete sorted it out and got us some measure of justice as far as the law and the Oregon State Bar would allow. Pete is a pro.
Pete has been our attorney for 25 years and has guided us through numerous legal obstacles along the way. As a real estate developer having a top notch attorney is invaluable. Not only is Pete very knowledge and attentive but his billing is always fair. Can't reccomend Pete enough.
Working with Pete was extremely helpful. He helped explain concepts, clearly articulated a strategy, and communicated well throughout the process. The end results was very much in line with where we started. He also helped us make strategic decisions throughout the case.
We received a recommendation to hire Pete Viteznik about 15 years ago to handle a complicated construction defect case. This was unfamiliar territory for our company and Pete proved to be the right person for the job. It was evident from the very beginning that Pete and his team possess the knowledge, expertise and professionalism required to navigate a complicated situation. He clearly defined what he needed from us and then plainly outlined his plan to help us succeed. His communication through the entire process was excellent. We had regular in person meetings to review each milestone in the case, but also, he would call as soon as new information came to light that he felt we would like to know. Pete was always personal, reliable and accessible. I have called him on numerous occasions for the simplest of questions and he has always been delighted to help in any way. We have worked with Pete and his team ever since that first case and can strongly recommend him for yours!
