Derek Dee by far is an amazing attorney that has been representing me since October 2020. In the short amount of time (~6 months) he has accomplished more for me than the local VA Representative and the VFW follow on representation combined in the prior 4 years. IMO I would just bypass the VA and hire Derek and his firm immediately for all your claims and appeals.

Tryed for 6yrs on my own to win my case, cant win when the va is not on your side, found the va disability group pllc ,well knowledgeable ,professional and they won my case, from 40% to 100% shout out to my lawyer.

I had a pleasure with working with Derek Dee he is awesome and he was there for me through the whole process. I’m so forever grateful for him and his staff. I can’t say thank you enough. I’m very very thankful. In 2004 I was separated from the military with no help from the military. My mental illness, pain, amongst other things has been a battle. I was in a very bad accident and because of the accident and other injuries from the military I was no longer to continue service. So the army put me out with no help. I went to the VA three times for help after service .. I was turned down twice and on the third time in 2013 which was 9 years later I was granted healthcare and 10% for my back. Throughout the last 7 years I gained service connection for other things but it was a hard fight. I couldn’t keep jobs, I was in an out of treatment and I’m still am to this day. I thought I would never see a 100% VA rating. Derek Dee and the staff here helped me obtain this rating. I’m so thankful.

I started my VA claim with a Veteran service officer at a VA regional office in detroit. the VSO made numerous mistakes after numerous mistakes, they even sent my service record to another claimant in california and i received his service record, This is why it's very important to hire a experienced VA attorney if your claim is complicated like mine, don't make the mistake i made, Hire a VA Attorney.

I wanted to check that my understanding of my VA benefits was accurate so I called the number I found in the envelope from the VA. Then we set up an appointment, Casey reviewed my case and gave me his honest feedback. I was reassured on all of my apprehensions and then I just followed up a handful of times. After that there was a wait due to the process of bureaucracy, but eventually everything was favorably reviewed by the VA and the whole case was settled. I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Casey Walker and VA Disability Group PLLC to anyone with an issue within this law firms scope.
