I have attempted for many years to get a fair disability rating from the VA. I was initially turned down for approximately 13yrs for service connection from my medical discharge. I kept spinning my wheels until 2 yrs ago when I contacted Casey at VA Disability Group. I am officially at 100% total and permanent today after using VSO's to no avail for over 30 years. Knowledgeable professionals with excellent results. I would recommend to anyone needing assistance with their VA claim.

How many lawyers are recent veterans that used to work in the VA? By pure serendipity I was introduced to Casey by another veteran. I retired from 27 years of military service on AD and the Guard. I had several problems that the VA initially denied and some they wouldn’t even acknowledge. I thought the Taliban and IRS were difficult to deal with until I tried to navigate the VA process by myself. They did a great job tempering my frustrations and expectations. Casey used to work for the VA. He knows the process better than anyone. That insider knowledge is crucial to your claim or appeal. He did both of mine. The end results were beyond my expectations after years of denials and suffering through lingering injuries. His rates were the fairest I have come across and worth every penny in saving me my time and frustration. The final rating was beyond what I thought would be possible after all that time.
