I needed to speak to a lawyer about my rights a home purchase, when the seller misrepresented the condition of the house. Mr. Tiseo was very helpful and is representing me in this matter.
Hired him and gave him a slam dunk case against a local contractor, we had a signed contract with the builder and all we wanted was to plead our case in front of a judge, however albert spent an entire year writing letters back and forth with the other attorney for like 2k for each letter?? His paralegal asked us who is Rich, after like 9 months of working on our case, Rich was the thief trying to bilk us. Albert talks a good game but at the end of the day its a scam!! Everyone knows these contractors are thieves but nobody stops or helps you, it’s like they’re all on the same page,,,, make money off of other peoples hearta
Al Tiseo lied to a judge during a summary of judgment in order to win a case. He has no ethics and no morals. He claimed a loan was applied for after an addendum was signed, when it never was. If you base your entire case on a loan being applied for, the first (and easiest) thing you would do is get a copy of the loan application. He never could supply it but touché to him, he was able to convince a judge his client did. He’s a garbage human.
