Boulder Pointe Condominium Association was being sued by Schindler Elevator Corporation. I am the president of the Condominium Association and myself and other board members interviewed Mr. Tiseo and decided to hire him to represent us in the suit. The lawsuit had been hanging around for 6 years and we couldn't get it settled using several other attorneys.
