The Law Office of David M. Goldman was founded by lawyers who have been clients in the past. As a result, our services, fees, and business objectives are centered around our client's perspective.

We believe that communication is the key to successful business relationships and will strive to be available to meet your needs in a timely manner.

Our Florida based law firm uses the latest technology to help us be as responsive as possible. The law firm uses technology to help us keep costs reasonable. We try to use flat fees whenever possible to avoid billing surprises. In most cases the flat fees even include faxes, copies, and long distance calls.

We know many people do not have time during the day to discuss their legal issues; therefore our lawyers are available after hours to discuss your issues. I was the victim of the fraud perpetrated by the Latitude 360 Fraudsters team. I lost my rights to posses a fire arm due to very active whistleblowing! One of those fraudsters is being tried on federal charges for stealing employees withheld taxes. They stole from all three of my adult children. Smooth criminals. Theses criminals minimized, denied and blamed! So this law firm saved me from a legal situation involving the CEO and Long standing president of Latitude. My rights and dignity restored by hiring this law firm! Highly recommend if you need legal help!

Mr Goldman is extremely knowledgeable on estate planning and asset protection with a global view. He set up a trust for me and my family and we will be doing more work together in the future.
