The Law Office of David M. Goldman was founded by lawyers who have been clients in the past. As a result, our services, fees, and business objectives are centered around our client's perspective.

Our Florida based law firm uses the latest technology to help us be as responsive as possible. The law firm uses technology to help us keep costs reasonable. We try to use flat fees whenever possible to avoid billing surprises. In most cases the flat fees even include faxes, copies, and long distance calls.

We know many people do not have time during the day to discuss their legal issues; therefore our lawyers are available after hours to discuss your issues. Hired Law Firm

My home was going to be sold. Apple Law Firm was able to stop the sale and get the foreclosure case dismissed. They jumped in and filed documents by the next day. My wife and I were able to stay in our home. They have a whole team of lawyers who worked on my case and I was able to speak with the lawyers when I called.

Hired Attorney Mr. David Michael Goldman

I worked with Mr Goldman as the beneficiary of a trust he had put in place many years ago. He was extremely personable and helpful explaining all the details and legalities in transferring everything to me. I never felt rushed and his answers were in understandable english not legalese. I would definitely recommend him and his staff as they were all wonderful.

Hired Law Firm

I've been paying a monthly payment for 9 months while awaiting a foreclosure hearing. the foreclosure hearing has yet to be scheduled by the mortgage company. I'm not exactly sure how my money is being used at this point.
