Our Florida based law firm uses the latest technology to help us be as responsive as possible. The law firm uses technology to help us keep costs reasonable. We try to use flat fees whenever possible to avoid billing surprises. In most cases the flat fees even include faxes, copies, and long distance calls.

We know many people do not have time during the day to discuss their legal issues; therefore our lawyers are available after hours to discuss your issues. My wife and I are so grateful to Mr. Goldman for his expert assistance with estate planning for my mom. He initially set up Mom’s trust, will, living will, etc. several years ago, and recently updated everything to prepare us for living overseas as full-time missionaries with my 80-year-old mother joyfully coming with us. We had to plan for how to take care of Mom should happen to us while overseas, as well as to allow us to take care of her legal and medical needs should anything happen to her. Mr. Goldman is warm, caring, kind, and knowledgeable in all areas of estate planning. He went over and above to protect Mom’s needs and put her best interest above all. He met with her privately to talk through her needs and desires, made sure she had a thorough understanding of everything being put in place, and ensured the plans were according to her wishes. We appreciate his protection and concern for her. Mr. Goldman is an attorney with integrity, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had an excellent experience working with Mr. Goldman to craft a comprehensive estate plan. He was very patient in his evaluation of our previous documents and worked with us to transition to a plan that better fit our needs. He was always very approachable and answered our questions regarding a significant number of details that were initially unclear to us. We were never hurried in the process and we felt comfortable that the plan was as definitive as possible. We highly recommend him.

We recently had an appointment with Brian Sherman at the Law Offices of David Goldman. We found Brian to be very knowledgeable in "elderly" documents and understood the intent of what we wanted to include in our documents. Additionally, we found him to be exceptionally helpful in the time he took to explain all the "legal" wording in the documents and giving "simple" examples in the explanations. I would recommend using Brian Sherman at the Law Offices of David Goldman.
