Since undergoing foreclosure proceeding, I was very fortunate to find this firm to help me. Ruth Gross has been with me through the process of trying to get the mortgage company to work with me on loan modification. Efforts from me dealing directly with the lender was not yielding anything. Ruth was wonderful at keeping me informed on each step of working with the lender. I now have approval for a loan modification from the lender. Ruth is a tremendous asset who has been wonderful in helping me through this unpleasant experience. She has always been quick to answer my questions and alleviate my anxiety for which I am grateful.
