SAD TO SAY BUT WE HIRED AMERIHOPE ALLIANCE TO HANDLE OUR FORECLOSURE CASE. WE HAD HIGH HOPES BUT LITTLE DID WE KNOW THAT THE POWERS THAT BE AT THA FIRM WERE GOING TO ASSIGN MISS. YANG TO US. THIS LADY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY OF ALLOWING US TO MEET IN PERSON. EVEN NOW WHEN TAKEN BY SURPRISE BY PLAINTIFFS FILING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT MISS YANG HAD NO STRATEGY OTHER THAN "I CAN BUY YOU SOME TIME IF YOU AGREE TO TURN OVER THE TITLE TO THE MTG. COMPANY" AND WHEN WE INSISTED TO MEET IN PERSON AT HER OFC SHE AND HER STAFF KEPT COMING UP WITH LAME EXCUSES NOT TO FACE US IN PERSON. AS WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING "COMPENTENT/AGGRESSIVE REPRESENTATION" WE JUST LEARNED THAT THERE WAS NO AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE, EVEN THOUGH ONE WAS PROMISTED. AND SHE NOT EVEN A CHALLENGE THE BANK NOTE POCCESION AND MOST IMPORTANT, DID NOT EVEN FOLLOW OUR LAST REQUEST WHEN FILING THE WITHDRAWL MOTION. I STRONGLY RECOMMENT THAT ANYONE CONSIDERNG THIS FIRM, LOOK REAL HARD FOR OTHER ATTORNEYS.
This company lied and took my money. They said they would represent me once I send 1600.00 retainer. I overnight it and the day after they recieve it debbie Gervais who is so full of it called and said they can not take my case since the foreclosure is so close. Well you knew that originally. This place is an joke. Sherrill over there said she would over night my money back to me and oh what do u know I find out they sent it regular mail as I have an attorney ready to take it but have to wait on my check. How ignorant is that. Do not do buisness with these crooks.
Retained this Firm. We had issues. The owner emails us and says will have his operations manager send release form and issue us a full refund. Operations manger emails and wants us to reply with ( I UNDERSTAND) only. Operations manager offered less than the full refund We replied . No we do not understand and we want full refund as in email from owner(attorney). Operations manager replied take this generous offer or seek other avenues. So here we are seeking
Retained for a previous stipulation forbearance defense. Was not satisfied with results. The attorney said would issue me a full refund. Operations manager emails me and wants me to sign release for lesser amount. I replied no. I want the full refund as in the email. Operations manager replied take the partial offer or seek other avenues.
I am sure that someone from Amerihope will rush in to deny my comments, which is fine, because just as there are happy customers, there are also unhappy customers. Unfortunately, the unhappy customers have either gone into foreclosure, lost their homes, or worse, file for bankruptcy to save their home.
Personally? I would pay more attention to the complaints of the unhappy customers because there must be some truth to it. People don’t wake up one day wanting to leave negative feedback.
