I got my first loan modified, but Amerihope could not help on my second loan. Intiatially they said it can be worked out only when the first mod was complete and done, and when the time came, they said nothing can be done because it was charged off and I am at the mercy of the second bank. If this was communicated in the beginging I would not have paid the extra fees.
They always responds right away with there emails and keep you up to date with what is happening. Ruth Gross is very fast with her email and always there to ask her questions. Never meet her but she is a very nice person. Once you leave a message you always get a fast responds.
I had no issues with the services provided by Amerihope. It could be a little disconcerting for anyone who is not technologically comfortable. My busy schedule though made the online communication a big plus and when I did need to speak to someone to clarify an issue they were always very helpful.
