Fiffik Law Group, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Pittsburgh, PA. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, business law, corporate law and 10 other areas of law.
I was directed to them by Pre-Paid Legal Services and was disappointed that (1) they were not in my immediate geographic area and (2) when I received my Will there were typographical errors and it had to be redone. Further, I was not informed that I would have to pay additionally for a Medical Power of Attorney. When I received a questionnaire from them, following completion of the services, it had a name of someone with whom I never had any contact - listed as my initial contact person.
Last time I tried to use the service the guy sounded like I was wasting his time. No empathy at all. No help at all. Worthless waste of my money.
The responsiveness to my call took more than three days. Then when someone finally called me back they were very short and asked me to email them and told me to call back in two days to see if it had been recieved. I NEVER in a million years heard of such practices especially after informing the firm that it was a time sensitive matter. The lawyer Kevin Keyho is who I dealt with specifically and he left much to be desired. He was very non chalant and didn't take my concerns seriously. I felt as if I was getting a googled answer.
