They are very professional and respond back to you quickly. There reply time is unusually less than 4 to 5 hours and they listen well to what it is that you have to say. Then they will advise you of the options that are passable for you to take. they do not pressure you. they let you decide, then break down what is need for a positive outcome. If you ask trier opinion, they will go through each option and explain the pros and cons, give there opinion and why it's the best outcome.

We were referred to this firm by a pre-paid legal plan. Everything was done over the phone and by mail. It went fairly smoothly. I think there was one necessary revision/correction to the first document produced for us.

This is a prepaid legal subscription with contract limitations. Although their services was only the first of several steps, the firm did provide the service as contracted and (working as a legal secretary myself) they did provide excellent service. I would refer anybody asking my opinion to this service/firm.

I completed a second group of forms & "they were very busy" so mine took a little longer to review. I did use them later to review paperwork I had gotten from another group about photos on my website.
