After the lawyer we first hired seemed to be happy waiting for social security to schedule a hearing with a judge 2 years from when my father was denied, we hired Mr. Gracia. He sent an on the record letter and my father was approved in 2 months. He is very knowledgeable in social security and he was the ultimate professional. His staff was very nice also. I would recommend anyone thinking about filing for social security disability to contact Mr. Gracia at Rue & Ziffra.

I consider Mr. Gracia to be very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the pros and cons of my case or complaint. He does not rush or pressure you. My consultation with him was the best move I made in helping me to understanding what to expect in my case, and towards making a decision whether I should keep pursuing it or not.
