Tina over at the port orange office in Florida, used my mental illness as a joke she continued to nickpick as I would try to explain to her I wasn't receiving mail from them she would say to me "your having two conversations with yourself. Tina would tell me to listen to her as she talked, but when I would speak she rudely interrupted me each time I wasn't receiving mail from them I was letting her know a phone call to your Clients wouldn't hurt they closed my case months ago without me knowing

This company has failed me lack of communication, they do not care for their clients, if you don't get your mail they will not take the time out to reach you by phone. You work for them they don't work for you
