Before I hired Roger, my situation was - I need a lawyer to file bankruptcy. So I looked for reviews and someone local (you might need to see lawyer few times). Second consideration was lawyer's fee. It was very reasonable (flat fee) and I got very experienced lawyer. Roger was doing it for many years and every time I went to his office he had clients. So you might be prepared to wait a bit (which was fine with me). I would advise you to be prepared and have all your questions on list (remember you are not paying hourly). In my case (not ordinary case) I had 3 more meeting (1 of 3 was just to sign papers to file to court). I was not charge for extra meetings.

Mr. Chavez's services were exceptional and I was 100% satisfied with his work product. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Chavez was my bankruptcy attorney a few years back after the housing market crashed. I began to default on my 1st and 2nd mortgages because of the high interest rates. I never thought about going through bankruptcy, but after seeing Mr. Chavez, I knew it was the right thing to do to save my home.
