Roger Chavez

Mr Chavez saved me. My first attorney took my money and dragged out the case never delivering any results for me, just costing me money that she took and used for herself. She then left law and "referred" my case to a new firm that would not guarantee she wouldn't do the same. Mr Chavez took the time to listen to me, the actually hear what I needed and he stepped in and went above and beyond to get the case settled and actually refinanced. I recommend him highly and consider him a person to deal with without hesitation.

Roger is the male version of my late lawyer/friend, Liz. Roger is not the "stereotype" lawyer & neither was Liz. I never expected to cross paths with another humanized lawyer, but it was a breath of fresh air when I met Roger. Before my initial visit with Roger was over, my mind was made up to hire him. I was extremely lucky to have found Roger when I did. I had previously hired another attorney to handle my bankruptcy case. It was a complex case with a lot of moving parts. It was not an easy case. After sitting on my case for almost 2 years this attorney had taken my money, not filed my case and had dropped my wife and I as clients. We searched and met with a lot of attorneys.
