Wagner, Falconer & Judd, Ltd. is a law firm established in 1932 with an office in Minneapolis, MN. At this office location, there are 9 lawyers practicing general civil practice, civil litigation, corporate law and 13 other areas of law.
They were overpriced and not responsive. I thought working with a local company would have been helpful.
I was a client of WFJ for almost 10 years. They have one amazing attorney, Kammey Mahowald, that always listened, cared about the issue, and followed through as if I was a full paying client. Other attorneys I worked with over the years seemed irritated or they trivialized my concerns. One attorney even took a personal cell phone call while on the phone with me. I filed for conciliation court after a contractor caused damage to my home. After a default judgement the defendant’s attorney filed incorrect paperwork, and had the WFJ attorney looked up the file, he could have resolved the issue by helping me write a letter to the court. Instead of helping me remedy the situation, I was pushed to leave the firm to an outside attorney that would represent me for a reduced rate of $300 an hour. Unable to afford those rates I now have to call self-help lines and use community law libraries. After paying monthly fees for 10 years, to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement.
