I used this firm as part of the Prepaid Legal Services and found them to be very helpful.
They are my Pre Paid Legal provider and prepared our wills through an efficient process.
I've used this law firm about four times for different matters. On some matters, they are very good. On other matters, they are not so good. But it's my opinion that overall, they are a good law firm.
The first time I contacted them about purchasing real estate I had an excellent experience but the second time the attorney very clearly was not interested in helping me. I have only contacted them 3 times in about 11-12 years, but they seem uninterested in my continued participation.
I pay monthly for pre-paid legal service; however, every time I request legal help, they decline to help claiming a conflict of interest and recommend another law firm, or they offer their services at a 10% discount.
I was most disappointed with my interactions with 2 different attorneys from the firm. The first, a young woman essentially sent me to the AG's website and told me to read through a specific section and decide what I wanted to do. I thought about this and decided that I pay a monthly fee to have this firm on retainer and they can do more than point me to the web and tell me good luck! The second attorney, a male, was better, but I considered him to be slow in responding to me and my needs.
It was too impersonal, and the contacts with the attorney felt rushed.
