Cravens & Noll, P.C. is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Richmond, VA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, medical malpractice and 17 other areas of law.
Paul Spalding did my property settlement agreement. He didn't seem to have a complete understanding of my status as being a member of the National Guard and the fact that although I am fulltime I am not active duty and several corrections were needed in completing my PSA after my estranged wife saw the mistakes. For example, he put language in the agreement to give her 1/2 of my retirement to which I did not and am not obligated to give her. She didn't ask for this either. other errors as well.
I was charge $250.00 for my inquire about military benefits. I had to call the office myself to find out the outcome, just to be told it was not eligible. I feel that Mr. Cravens with all the experience in military laws could have told me right there after he read my divorce decree that I dint have a chance. Instead almost 3 weeks later I got a E- mail stating almost word per word what my Divorce decree said.. I feel I was taken advantage of, very bad business.
Working with Mr. Benninger is not a walk innthe park. He does not know the laws when it comes to child visitation. He does not fight for you. He was on the offending counsels side the whole time. He didnt ask for proof of harm or anything of that nature if the child wouldnt be going for visitation. He has hidden fee's and didnt tell me about them. He is not worth the $2,500 that i spent to retain him for this case. They refuse to refund me the $2,500 all because of him charging me for things that I did not know he charged for. This company is honestly not worth the hassle. Go to another lawyer firm please before you waste your money on this company.
Racism. If you are non white don’t go there. Black life Matter #BLM They looked down at me and treated my like a second class citizen. It is 2024. Who thinks this way anymore? They should be disbarred.

This law firm in my opinion is not professional, they don't communicate with their clients, and in my case they make the situation worse. They lead me on for almost five months, having already been paid close to $1500 for their Representation. After month one I contacted them to get more information on the process moving forward with my case and they advised me that the attorney I hired had left the firm. They not once called me to advise me of this change! 3 Months later Still No Work Complete
I higher attorney Susan Andrews in April for my divorce. It is now August and my divorce still isn't done. Should have only taken a max of 30 days to get a court date. Her communication with me has been very little. It's costing me $900 a month each month she delays this matter. Very unhappy with the service provided by her!
