Better communication to client.
I had two lawyers from this firm and I had to fire both of them. The first one was fresh out of law school and did not have a clue about anything in the courtroom. He even stuttered when trying to think of questions to ask. The second lawyer was very arrogant. He really didn't have a lot of knowledge either. He was very rude with me. One time I called him with some questions and he said where is this coming from? Your right it isn't my daughter. Wouldn't talk and explain anything to me.
