Retainer was mid-level compared to other firms in the Orlando area. They were very "up front" about fees and provided periodic statements that showed exactly how the retainer was allocated. I liked that a lot. They have client advocates who sit with you in preliminary meetings to explain legal procedures in layman's terms. Very nice customer service feature.
We are very pleased with Kel Attorneys. They are very professional and genuinely care about our problems. We will use them in the future if necessary.
Our KEL case went as planned, filed as stated, discharged when expected, and all was done within 11 months (from first meeting to BK discharge to KEL case closing). It was a difficult period and lengthy process in our lives, which were caused by the situation, not KEL. To sum this up, we are satisfied customers of KEL.
