Hired Attorney Timi Tucker

Attorney Tucker is skillful, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. I have a very complicated and difficult case I have been fighting for about 4 years with very little progress and results. I hired two other attorneys prior to Attorney Tucker because I thought I was saving money with their lower retainer costs. In the long run I spent more on those two attorneys due to multiple failed court hearings, drawn out over years. I got fed up and hired Timi Tucker. I was losing hope in the situation, however Timi reignited that hope! She was encouraging, empathetic, professional, and honest. She got us results within a couple of months. Not only did she get results, she is a skillful negotiator and got more than I could hoped for in my situation. Im extremely happy with Timi Tucker. The lives of me and my children are changed because of her help. I highly recommend her for legal counsel related to family matters!

The best attorney I’ve ever worked with!!! I had the non-pleasure of working with five different attorney over eight years of horrendous litigation/family disputes. Each one of my previous attorneys saw nothing but a business opportunity in me and each one worsen and complicated my case. As a single mom who works in two jobs, who’s originally not from here, this was devastating to me. I couldn’t see the end, I felt lost, used, and abused. This was my life until Timi came in the picture and pulled me out of that black hole, in less than 6 months!!! Unlike any other attorney i ever met, Timi has the will, true love for justice, knowledge, wisdom, ethics, experience, effectiveness, diligence, professionalism, and she carries it all in such humanitarian way and so gracefully. Anybody in need for an attorney and looking to save themselves from harm, don’t look elsewhere! I will forever be grateful to this amazing person who went above and beyond to save another family.

I engaged Timi for my divorce from my now ex abusive husband. I had introductory calls with three different attorneys. From the initial meeting Timi stood out. Timi guided me through every step of divorce proceedings, and was always willing to answer questions.   She was always clear and prompt in communications.   Unfortunately mediation didn’t work in my case, but that was because my ex husband refused all requests of financial assistance.   Given the backlog of cases and the fact that I was receiving no financial assistance, Timi successfully applied for temporary financial relief. This was a key win. Prior to the hearing she had sessions with me to ensure we were prepared and confident leading into court. In court Timi was bullish, assertive and took control of the situation. I’m so happy with the final financial and non-financial outcome. For anyone having to go through this, I’m sorry. It’s not fun, but know that you’re in great hands. I highly recommend her services!

Timi is who you want fighting for you when it counts the most!! Not only is she an amazing lawyer, she is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and thorough in both her thought processes and follow through. My case started shortly before I was in ICU for 5 weeks with COVID, after my now ex wife was arrested for domestic violence in which my 2 kids witnessed the abuse. Timi reached out to me while I was hospitalized several times, not only to start work on my case but to check on me several times personally. Thanks to the pandemic my divorce took over 2 years to finalize. Through the entire time, Timi was an advocate for myself and my 2 kids, a true champion for what was right and just in my case. She was always very attentive and listened to everything I had to say, taking notes and offering advice and suggestions. I don't think there is a better attorney in Brevard or even the state.

After my initial consultation, there was no question that I wanted to retain the services of Ms. Timi Tucker in an upcoming hearing. I have never needed the services of an attorney previously but definitely made the right decision hiring Ms. Tucker. Throughout the entire process, Timi guided me with knowledge based upon years of experience. She was very well versed in the laws affecting my case. During the discovery phase, she exhibited that she is an excellent listener and gained all of the pertinent facts. With all of the facts in hand, and her knowledge of the law, she quickly and thoroughly built my case for the upcoming hearing. On the day of the hearing, she proved how assertive she can be, while also keeping me calm in what was definitely a stressful situation. Timi was very thorough and proceeded to dismantle the other party’s case piece by piece and proved my case without a doubt. The case ended in my favor.
