Timi and Terri really are the best. Timi is extremely professional, knowledgeable and competent. During my entire divorce process, Timi and Terri maintained great communication with me, made sure I was being heard and also showed tremendous empathy for my case. Timi will fight for what is just. Going through a divorce is already difficult, but knowing I could fully trust Timi gave me a lot of peace. Working with Timi and her staff was a life changer! I was in the midst of an awful custody/child support situation and had tried a previous lawyer prior to finding Timi. Ms. Tucker and her staff are outstanding! I had the absolute best experience and the best outcome I could have prayed for with my divorce. Ms. Tucker made me feel like I was her only client and knew my case so extremely well that I truly had no worries. She constantly checked in with me and was so organized and knowledgeable with my case. We hired Timi for a step-parent adoption. Timi was professional, caring, empathetic, and supportive. Timi is extremely knowledgeable and confident , bringing to the table years on years of experience. During this stressful process, she never once doubted herself or the ability to have a successful outcome to the situation. She always reassured and promised that she would give her all and that everything would be alright, which is huge when you’re in a situation like this. She is also LGBTQ accepting and friendly which is often hard to come by. Even after the court case has ended, she continues to check on our family. I was put into the wrong type of family law case by a previous attorney. My issue could have been handled by a simple motion before the court but my attorney filed a difficult to prove and win change of circumstance case that ended up taking more than 6 years to resolve and cost me tens of thousands of dollars. When he hit a roadblock, he suddenly “retired” in the middle of my case. Timi picked up his crazy box of papers and completely turned everything around for us so that the nightmare could finally come to an end and she helped us find peace throughout the process when we thought everything was lost. Today, we celebrate a conclusion that is better than we expected! Her office is professional, thoughtful, patient, full of heart, on top of the law and creative. This is a firm that you need on your side and I’m lucky that she took a chance on me.

Ms. Timi Tucker represented our son for his divorce and custody case. His first lawyer sabotaged his case. Timi came to the rescue and was very knowledgeable and committed to wining his case.
