Please stay away from this lawyer. She will say everything you want to hear just for you to retain her. I hired this lawyer and paid her $ 2800, she hasn’t done anything. I had to file to the court for small claims. I had to follow up to the Arlington bankruptcy court to claim my money. They are paying me $56 monthly because she could not pay me all the money at once. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER.
I had went to Glendia when I was a Green card holder and wanted to file for my husband, she told us I could and it takes 6 months for him to get his green card. I told her I did some research and it shows that it will take a long time for him to get a visa number. She said that she has done this for other couples and they got everything in 6months. We were eager so we hired her, It costed us $3,000 fee+forms. 2 weeks later a letter saying we filed the wrong form & all our money was lost.
This law firm is very poor and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very rude, belligerent and they do not tell you the truth. I have never been jerked around so much in my life as I have with this place. Please do yourself a favor and do not seek their assistance, trust me, you will be very sorry you did, it is a terrible experience
