Scam artist! She'll say anything to get your money and once she gets it she will ghost you. I paig her $6,500.00 for a deportation case. She filed all of the evidence late and her filings were woefully incomplete and inaccurate. I asked for a refund and she filed bankruptcy. I fired her and filed a complaint with the DC Bar. Please find another attorney.
After she take your money she will not respond your email and phone call
Please stay away from this lawyer. She will say everything you want to hear just for you to retain her. I hired this lawyer and paid her $ 2800, she hasn’t done anything. I had to file to the court for small claims. I had to follow up to the Arlington bankruptcy court to claim my money. They are paying me $56 monthly because she could not pay me all the money at once. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER.
I had went to Glendia when I was a Green card holder and wanted to file for my husband, she told us I could and it takes 6 months for him to get his green card. I told her I did some research and it shows that it will take a long time for him to get a visa number. She said that she has done this for other couples and they got everything in 6months. We were eager so we hired her, It costed us $3,000 fee+forms. 2 weeks later a letter saying we filed the wrong form & all our money was lost.
