Kevin Fernandez was assigned for a friends child as a GAL. This man bragged about how good he was at gaining children’s trust” . The child already had issues with anxiety and is now refusing to start therapy when she needs it. The mother and child both put their trust in this man to represent the child. Yet he caused the child more emotional damage, he “claimed” it was for the “best interest of the child” but did not know the mother personally but immediately attacked her character in court. The attorney for the mother & judge herself had to address him twice that he is not an attorney for either parent and have yet to hear what he spoke about with the child. The child confined and told the mother & myself what she spoke about with him and he twisted her words completely. Now this poor child dosent trust any adult due to how this man manipulated her. Please look elsewhere this man will make things 100% worse for the child or children involved.
After paying a 60-minute consulting fee, Mr. Boatwright barely gave us 15 minutes and repeatedly talked over us, not listening to the extenuating circumstances for which we were seeking information. He asked for more money to do additional research, which was also paid. A paralegal then sent us a copy of VA statute that we already had read and about which we were asking questions and clarification. We emailed Mr. Boatwright twice, clarifying our 3 questions in hopes he would fulfill his obligation to answer them. He refused. We are filing complaint with the VA State Bar and AG and we would recommend anyone else with issues do the same.
Robert Coleman does not know the DUI laws. Stay away from him. He told me I could get a restricted license in four months if I took a plea deal. It was my third and on a third the law states that there is a three year automatic suspension no matter if the judge grants you one or not. I would have fought it if I had known this. STAY AWAY from Robert Coleman.
