I worked with Amanda Stone Swart on several issues associated with my divorce and spousal support over the course of a couple years. I appreciated that she took time to explain the law to me and was accommodating and listened when I expressed what my expected outcome was and how to match those two up. For my asset settlement agreement and divorce case I found John McHugh to be responsive, understanding of my desires, and good at asking clarifying questions. He kept me informed as to the status of the case and the back-and-forth with opposing counsel. What is best about him is his ability to educate his clients to where they can better advocate for them selves. With Andy I was successful in two custody proceedings, triumphed in a hearing regarding a protective order, and came out of a divorce with pretty good settlement. In fact his insistence on a court recorder has proven to be a long standing bonus ... in later proceedings when I was pro se. In fact with Andy being a shadow attorney for me while I was pro se in another state he helped me see things and navigate the civil courts from 3000 miles away to success. Male or Female you have a great attorney on your side as long as you stay straight with him and listen to him. Long term relationship’s as his client will pay dividends you cannot imagine.

I knew that I wanted an uncontested divorce and I basically just needed this done quickly and without any drama and/or issues.
