Hired Attorney Nicole H. Naum

We have called upon Nicole for her excellent services three time in the past couple of years. Although I hope this will be the last time we need her, we always know when we do, she's there to serve us. Having to call upon a criminal lawyer is always stressful. Over the years Nicole has gotten to know us so her service is a blend of professional and personal - something valued during these times of stress. Nicole is an outstanding attorney. I was facing two felonies (an intent to distribute marijuana and a felony eluding charge) along with a misdemeanor DUID. Both of the felonies were dropped down to misdemeanors and the DUID was nolle processed. I cant thank Nicole enough for all of the effort that she put into my case, especially coming into it after the court phases had began. After my trial, someone tapped me and told me I had the best attorney in the court room.

I called a few, and Nicole was the most enthusiastic and specific about how to handle my case. I hired Nicole, and followed her instructions carefully. Nicole was thoroughly professional every step of the way, and negotiated a significantly reduced charge for me.

I was arrested for DUI under very suspicious circumstances in Prince William County. It appears the officer profiled me leaving Bar Loui’s, followed me for miles before pulling me over with a BS excuse, then officer lied on his report and things looked grim. I interviewed a few lawyers, and ended up hiring Nicole Naum to represent me because she was the only one who I felt was ready to fight the charges. In the end, my charges were reduced to reckless.
