Once I met with Nicole Naum she thoroughly explained the process to me and ensured that I understood every possible outcome. On the day of court I was a nervous wreck, but as soon as I saw Nicole there waiting for me I immediately felt more calm. Through her knowledge, confidence, and strategic planning she was able to get my charge of DUI 1st offense reduced to improper driving. I honestly could not have done this without her. She literally saved my career and I will put my money on her every time.

Hired Attorney Nicole H. Naum

I hired Nicole to represent me in a Traffic Misdemeanor case. She was prompt to return calls, emails, (I initially contacted her during the Christmas holiday week), upfront, honest, and very good at what she does. She never cast judgement on my less than smart actions that were on video as evidence. I felt she took my case seriously despite it being a lesser charge in the eyes of the law. She was able to have my charges reduced to a non moving violation at my first court date with a small fine, and it was over. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Nicole. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with attorneys that will scare you into hiring them, or who waste your time only to tell you they are "unavailable". Go with Nicole, she will actually show up for you and do exactly what she says she will!

I was arrested for a DUI at a checkpoint after leaving a concert at the Jiffy Lube amphitheater. I contacted Nicole the next day and she really helped put my mind at ease with her attention to detail towards understanding my case, and her confidence and reassurances that she would work every possible legal angle to get the best outcome. Nicole (with the help of Katia) was very responsive throughout the entire process, and in the end Nicole negotiated a plea for me of general reckless driving, which was a far better outcome than what I thought would be possible. I can't thank Nicole and Katia enough for all of their support and efforts.

This is the second time I have used Nicole's services--one for my oldest daughter (with great results) and now for my younger daughter for reckless driving. As some may know, Virginia is VERY tough on speeders. We followed Nicole's recommendations and when my daughter went to court today, the outcome was much better than our most hopeful expectations. Nicole clearly has strong instincts and skills on how to approach each case she is tasked with. I highly recommend this very competent attorney!

Nicole is simply great. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. I had a reckless ticket. This ticket was more of a mental stress then anything. Nicole took the time to listen and came up with a course of action. At the end she delivered. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING lawyer. I'd refer her to any friend or family.

I had gotten in a bit of trouble when I got pulled over for reckless, no liscense and also no seat belt. I looked around for a legal representation when I finally decided on Nicole Naum and her firm. Best decision I could have done. She managed to reduce my reckless to a normal speeding and got all other charges dropped even after I had failed to get a lot of the things done that she recommended would give me the best chance in court. She knew the risks and she knew what she was doing.

Severe case of eckless driving (95/70) charge reduced to normal speeding ticket (Prince William County). Nicole was able to negotiate an incredible deal with the prosecutor, a deal so good that the judge had to pause and ask in surprise if there was anything unusual about my case. Nicole is professional and friendly, genuinely cares about her clients and loves her job. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, but I hope I will never have to!
