Wade Litigation is a law firm established in 2004 with an office in Los Gatos, CA. At this office location, there are 18 lawyers practicing business litigation, family law, probate law and 4 other areas of law.
This firm is terrible!!!!! They literaly took a 10 retainer, went to court, asked for a continuance. The continuance was denied and the attorney was not prepared. immediately she removed herself from my case and kept my money!
Wade law group is a sham! I experienced poor and fraudulent service after they had Over promised and Under performed-- even in the most basic level of service. After having been represented by this firm for literally 7 days only, they informed me at the very last minute that they had exhausted my Complete retainer, and left me high and dry after I could not not provide another $6,000 just TWO DAYS before my scheduled hearing. Their billing was unjust and inaccurate. They also botched my filing, with typos everywhere and they still filed it late! The lack of professionalism was embarrassing and I was alone in Court holding the bag of their mistakes, which did not make me look good in Court. In my personal experience as Wade's client, I found him to resist being responsive to his client. I found him to do the minimum he needed to to get the job done, while still billing excessively for a minimum of work. I was given the impression that he IS NOT reliable and ethical.
