I contacted Berry Law Firm because I reached a point with my VA disability claims where I was at a dead end. My claims and my appeals were getting denied, so I figured it was time to get help from some professionals. A friend of mine, who also happens to be a veteran, suggested Berry Law Firm. Since I’ve contacted them, they have won two appeals for me, in which I received a really good amount of retroactive pay! They’ve also got my percentage increased from 60% to 90%, and they are still fighting to get me to 100%! My case manager, Justin Reavis has been great and has really worked hard to help me. I live in Amarillo, TX, and even though they are in Lincoln, Nebraska, I have felt the distance has not been an issue at all. I almost gave up on a claim the VA kept saying was not service connected. One of my brothers I served with said he had a stress free experience once he put Berry Law on it. One of the reasons I chose Berry Law Firm was I needed someone who could win my case. When I asked him if he thought he could win for me, he said he would not have taken the case if he could not win. He would have been wasting my time and his. I started at 50% after VA nickled and dime and an additional 220%. I received my 100% rating. Mr T.J. Kroh never gave up the entire time. He was the Lawyer I worked with. He answered all emails and communicated with me everytime I asked. He entered all my appeals with professionalism. To read how he wrote the appeals back to VA to let them know how incorrect they were with their decision, they came up with a stoke of geniuses. I never had to ask him to change anything.
