Working with Matthew Bartling at Berry Law Firm in Lincoln, NE was a wonderful experience. They won our case! My husband, an Air Force veteran of the Viet Nam war was stationed in Thailand at a base where Agent Orange was used regularly. The deadly toxins were absorbed into his body, unknown to him for many years. It eventually ruined his beautiful life and I am so grateful to Berry Law for getting justice for my husband. No one should have had to suffer the hideous effects of Agent Orange!

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Seth Chambers and Mrs Angela. I was frustrated with the VA, VSO's, and overall process of appeals which made me seek representation. I am very pleased with Berry Law. The VA Disability lawyers at Berry Law looked over everything in my claim, rejection letters, and medical records. They worked with me to document my specific medical issues and my time serving to develop a NEXUS that tied my medical issues to line of duty. Corrina Bartels, my assigned Lawyer and Case Manager submitted 2 "appeals" and 2 "requests for higher level reviews" that were artfully written stating the laws about U.S. Laws and past case law decisions by the courts documenting how the VA must review and approve claims from Veteran who have my specific conditions. Berry Law's appeals and request, on my behalf, generated further consideration and medical evaluations by the VA. Within 6 months, the Berry Law team delivered!
